Open days at the sanctuary are a great opportunity to get up close to the donkeys and spend some time soaking up the inner peace they magically give us. Being a small rustic site the donkeys are never far away, they are very friendly and sociable, often eager to say hello and have a smooth. We have several new projects to improve our facilities for both our visitors and the donkeys coming up so if your a regular visitor you will be noticing some changes on your visits.

Don’t forget you can relax and enjoy a delicious cake home made by our volunteers and a cuppa from our newly refurbished vintage tea trailer whilst watching the donkeys in their paddocks.

We do not charge an admission fee but appreciate any donation or purchase you may make as this helps us provide the necessary care these animals deserve. – Dogs on leads are very welcome.
